1. Applicability

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders and purchases of Products placed directly through the official Spigen Europe website (this Site) for delivery across our supported destinations in Europe and the United Kingdom. For purchases made via third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon) or other regional Spigen websites, please refer to the respective platform or seller's terms and conditions.


2. Pricing, Taxes, and Currency

  • Pricing & VAT: Prices displayed on the Site include statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable tax regulations. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Checkout Currency (Important): While product prices may be displayed in your local currency (e.g., British Pounds - GBP) for your browsing convenience, all final checkouts and transactions are processed uniformly in Euros (EUR) at the current exchange rate.

  • Exchange Rates & Fees: Your bank or credit card issuer may apply their own currency conversion rates and foreign transaction fees. Spigen is not responsible for any additional fees, charges, or discrepancies caused by these bank-issued rates.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any Product, service, or promotional offer without prior notice.


3. Order Acceptance and Restrictions

  • Order Formation: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a Product and is subject to acceptance by us. A binding sales contract is formed only when we dispatch the product and send you an official shipment confirmation email.

  • Right of Cancellation: We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or payment authorization failures.

  • Quantity Limits: We may, at our sole discretion, restrict or limit quantities purchased per individual, household, or order.


4. 30-Day Returns & Exchanges

For all eligible orders placed directly through the official Spigen Europe website across our supported destinations, we provide a 30-day return policy that exceeds statutory requirements:

  • 30-Day Period: You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return or exchange your products within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason.

  • Return Procedure: Spigen provides free returns and exchanges for eligible orders within our supported destinations, provided you submit your request through our authorized Return Portal and follow the provided return instructions.

  • Refund Processing: We will reimburse all eligible payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of return shipment. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in Euros (EUR). The exact refunded amount in your local currency may vary slightly depending on your bank's exchange rate at the time of the refund.

  • Product Condition: You are responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.


5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you retain the full protection afforded by the mandatory statutory consumer protection laws of your country of habitual residence. Any disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea or your local competent court within the EU or the UK.
